It all started in 1994, when I purchased my 1st investment property. A single family residence located in Grenta, Louisiana, which I acquired as a rental. This purchased changed the course of my life. I knew at that point what my purpose was. That's when I became a Real Estate Investor. Since 1994, I have purchased and sold multiple SFR's and apartment buildings. With that experience under my belt, I realized the importance of getting possible home-buyers & investors pre-approved, educating them about home ownership, investment property ownership, getting there offers accepted and property/home-owner retention. My partner & I started a mortgage company in 1997 were we funded million's of dollars in home loans. In 2005, I decided to obtain my Real Estate License and that's when I started to represent buyers and sellers on the Real Estate side. I help buyers continue to purchase and sellers continue to sell. Whether you are a 1st time home buyer, a seller looking to list your property or a seasoned investor, we offer advisory services custom tailored to fit your situation.
